BREAKING: US House passes bill to stop Waters of the US rulemaking
Yesterday, the US House of Representatives voted 261-155 in FAVOR of HR1732 Regulatory Integrity Protection Act. This bill, co-sponsored by Rep. David Rouzer, forces the EPA to scrap their proposed rule change to the definition of the “Waters of the U.S.” and requires they engage stakeholders and local leaders before submitting a new rule change.
