Navassa Releases Draft Stormwater Ordinance

The Town of Navassa recently released their DRAFT stormwater ordinance as part of the town’s NPDES Phase II requirements.  BASE has been asked by the town to review the document, especially the following articles, as they will affect the construction industry the most.
