City Wilmington Updates Site Plan Form
CITY OF WILMINGTON UPDATED SITE PLAN ACCEPTANCE FORM
The City of Wilmington Development Services Department has recently updated their Site Plan Acceptance Form to include the requirement for a tree inventory/survey to be submitted as part of the site plan acceptance procedure. This has always been a requirement of the Site Inventory section of the current acceptance form but was not always clear to the user that the inventory should include a tree survey as well. In a effort to spread the word to as many users as possible, we ask that you forward on this attachment to those who we may have neglected to include on the list of addressees. Please note that we will begin using these forms immediately in our site acceptance procedure. Hard copies of the acceptance form are available on the 3rd floor at 305 Chestnut St. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the Wilmington Development Services Department.
