BASE Scores Success in Leland
Well after a long precarious process BASE was successful in getting the Leland Town Council to approve 4 to 1 a text amendment that would allow for off premise directional real estate signage. This amendment was critical as many builders, and realtors were unable to successfully market their properties much less get potential buyers to the front doors of their neighborhoods. BASE staff would like to thank Leland Town Council member Mayor Pro-Tem Brenda Bozeman who support was critical throughout the process.
