Pender County Contractors Meeting – Sept. 25th

Are you building, developing or holding investments in Pender County? Are you a builder, developer, real estate professional, designer, engineer or consultant on these types of projects?

The Pender County Building Inspections division will be holding a Contractor’s Meeting September 25, 2012 from 3:00 – 4:00 p.m. at the Hampstead Annex offices (18676 US Highway 17, Hampstead, North Carolina).

The meeting is designed to assist contractors working in Pender County by providing an overview of the permitting process, including environmental health procedures, as well as providing information on obtaining an address for your project.  Staff will also give an update as to permitting software and citizen/contractor self-service to save time and money.  There will be a brief period at the end of the meeting to entertain questions and answers.  This will be the first of an ongoing series so please stay tuned!
