We wanted to thank everyone that came out to our Panel Discussion on "Distressed Properties, REO Properties, and Bank Owned Properties"  Tackling the Development Maze and Transfer Challenges for Stormwater, Soil & Erosion Control Permits this morning.  As we mentioned below is the link to an article from one of our very own WCFHBA member firms Ward and Smith, P.A.  The article which was authored by Attorneys Samuel Franck, and Frank Sheffield highlight alot of the different legal and permit challenges that exist when dealing with distressed properties.
