Ocean Hazard Setbacks Public Hearings Set PDF Print E-mail

The CRC along with staff have set up 6 regional public hearings to receive public comments on the proposed rule changes to 15A NCAC 07H. 0306 General Use Standards for Ocean Hazard Areas, and 15A NCAC 07J. 1201-1206 Requesting the Static Line Exception which pertains to new rules for oceanfront setbacks and the process of how a community obtains a Static Vegetation Line exception.

These public hearings will be an important part of the process so please mark your calendar and make every effort to attend one of these hearings. The dates and locations for the hearings are listed below.
