"Well worth the money! I’ve been working in this industry well over 20 years, and this is the lowest cost, highest value work I have ever seen. I always knew the regulatory pressures that our industry faced, but at least now I know that there is an organization fighting and winning on our behalf." - Kevin Hine, Duplin Land Development, LLC, Exec. VP/GM River Landing

New Building Code - See the Differences! PDF Print E-mail
Tuesday, 16 December 2008 11:41
A new building code has been approved and is being printed as we speak.  Attached is a handout that you can download that details the differences between the current (2006) and new (2009) code.

IMPORTANT:  Although there has been a lot of information about sprinklers being required in the new code, that is the new ICC Code, NOT the one that is being published now.  Sprinklers won’t be on the required list for a couple of years in North Carolina at least.  If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to give us a call at 799-2611.
